The ICF Guys

Block supply, plan review, and support on pour day

Blocks, plans, and pour-day support for your build.

The difference between a clean ICF build and an expensive mess usually comes down to a handful of moments: how the first course is set, how the walls are braced, and how the pour is run. Consulting engagements put an experienced ICF builder next to your crew for exactly those moments — and block supply means the material and the expertise come from the same place. TODO_ICF: confirm which block brand(s) Josh distributes and the delivery radius.

Plan review

ICF-specific review of drawings before they hit the site — bracing plans, lift heights, embedment locations, and the details framers' plans usually miss.

Crew training

Pour-day support

An experienced set of eyes on the most unforgiving day of the build — lift sequencing, consolidation, and monitoring so walls come out straight and void-free.

From the first walk-through to the final inspection: same owner, same trade team. Seventeen years and counting.

From estimate to closeout

How the project runs.

Same protocol on every engagement. Schedule shared before work begins, milestones communicated in writing, no step skipped.

  1. 01

    Scope call

What's the project, where is it, and what support does it actually need — supply only, key-moment support, or full advisory.

  2. 02

    Supply and plan review

Blocks ordered and scheduled; drawings reviewed for ICF-specific detailing before anything stacks.

  3. 03

    On-site moments

First course, bracing check, pour day — the visits that decide the build's quality happen in person.

  4. 04

    Through the finish

Advisory continues as needed through dry-in. The goal is your crew finishing confident, not dependent.

Josh set the first course with our crew and came back for the pour. The mistakes he headed off paid for the engagement several times over.

Why The ICF Guys

What the homeowner is paying for.

The deliverables that distinguish a The ICF Guys engagement from the rest of the contractor field.

  • Builders first, suppliers second

Advice comes from a crew that stacks and pours these walls constantly — not from a catalog.

  • Award-winning benchmark

ICF Builder Awards recognition at World of Concrete — the standard your project gets held to.

  • Support at the moments that matter

Most ICF failures trace to the first course or the pour. Those are exactly the days this service puts an expert on your site.

  • Straight answers

If ICF is the wrong system for your project, that gets said out loud. Wasting your build on the wrong wall system helps nobody.

Do you sell blocks without consulting?

Yes. Supply-only orders are welcome — though every order comes with a standing offer of a plan-review conversation, because it prevents the most expensive category of mistakes.
